How to ask for deletion

  1. Send an email to support@billenzoai.com from the email you sign in with.
  2. Write the subject Delete my account.
  3. Say what you want deleted: the whole shop (owners only) or just your staff login.
  4. We confirm it is you, delete the account within 30 days, and email you when it is done.

What is deleted

  • Your login and your device sign-ins.
  • For a whole shop: its menu, tables, staff logins, customer book, settings and reports.

What is kept, and for how long

Bills and payment records that Indian tax law requires us to keep. They are locked away, used for nothing else, and deleted when that period ends (GST records are usually kept for at least 6 years).

If you are a shop's customer

To remove your name or phone number from a shop's customer book, ask the shop. You can also write to us and we will make sure it is done.
